Elaina subsequently continued her career as a Risk and Compliance Expert for international corporations. Currently, as Managing Partner at Paramarta Advocaten, specialized in Corporate, Private, and Criminal Law.

Currently serving as a Senior Partner at Paramarta Advocaten, specializing in corporate law, investment, and construction law.
